PRICING GUIDE

As you consider booking our services, our adaptive pricing guide provides an initial idea of costs. Keep in mind that final prices may vary depending on factors such as location, guest attendance levels and the number of artists required.

Our prices include the cost of face paints, cosmetic glitters, gemstones etc.

EVENT ART APPLICATION TIME (NOT APPLICABLE TO SPECIAL COMMISSIONS):

The artist can create about 6-8 standard glitter face paint designs or 8-12 quick designs in one hour, allowing each guest to enjoy a personalized creation in just a few minutes while ensuring quality and cleanliness.

PRIVATE EVENTS

(E.g. Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Christenings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs)

Price guide: $125 + up per hour

Please note that there may be a reduction in starting prices in locations where the artist lives close to your event.

For private events, we primarily serve the Greater Edmonton Area (Beaumont, Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Spruce Grove, and St. Albert). Sherwood Park and Nisku included as well. 

The driving mileage is $30 per hour per artist outside of these areas.

 WEDDINGS

Your special day deserves a touch of sparkle.

Our pricing guide for weddings offers our popular 3-Hour Package with 1 Glitter Artist/Face painter at $400.

 Our minimum booking duration is 2 hours – ideal for guest volumes of less than 50.

CORPORATE EVENTS 

We cater to a wide range of corporate events, accommodating gatherings of all sizes, from intimate get-togethers to large-scale functions and festivals. Our skilled artistry is available for various types of corporate events, be it a public event, brand activation, product launch, or a staff party

Pricing Overview for Corporate Events:

Pricing Guide: Our minimum booking duration is 2 hours with 1 glitter artist/face painter, and fees start at $300 for a 2-hour booking.

Discounted Rates: For durations exceeding 3 hours, our hourly rates are reduced, allowing for even more value and scope to cater for larger guest volumes.

Due to the various factors involved in corporate events, the best way to get an accurate quote is to provide us with your event details. We'll create a adaptable personalized package that aligns with your specific needs, ensuring your corporate event shines.

CHARITABLE EVENTS 

We are often approached about volunteering our services at charity events or attending on a pay-per-face basis. However, these options are often not viable for us. If you're interested in having a face painter for your charity event, here's a pricing guide:

Price Guide: Our pricing for charity events starts at $100 per hour for a minimum duration of 2 hours.

Fundraising Opportunity: We encourage event hosts to leverage the opportunity to charge attendees for their face paintings. For example, with a rate of approximately $5-10 per face, and our ability to create around 24 quick designs within a 2-hour period, this should allow for breaking even or even turning a profit.
